Site Visit Inspections typically include a summary of recommendations, site pictures/drawings/designs, and an applicable quote(s). Further recommendations can be made for other work outside of DRAINSCAPES scope of practices if needed.

SMALL projects involving SMALL repairs, grading, erosion control and site modifications can (in most cases) be conducted by a Landscape Contractor and NOT necessitate a Site Visit Insepection by DRAINSCAPES. However, DRAINSCAPES can assist with small projects as a simple Work Order Minimum pending availability (offered at $2,900/site + materials).
