All Site Visits provide a CPESC Estimate for the best solution(s) and include detailed plans, measurements, materials, drawings and images, if needed. ALL SITE VISIT FEES PAID will be credited towards any work resulting from visit.

(for required municipal codes, real estate inspections, consultation, or for professional recommendations and/or advice)

WORK ORDER MINIMUM

(no site visit/inspection needed, schedule work only)

PRIORITY GOES TO ONLINE PAID/SCHEDULED VISITS, INSPECTIONS AND WORK ORDERS.

All Site Visit fees paid will be credited towards any DRAINSCAPES work resulting from visit. (credited to balance due upon job completion)

Site Visit Inspections typically include a summary of recommendations, site pictures/drawings/designs, and an applicable quote(s).  Further recommendations can be made for other work outside of DRAINSCAPES scope of practices if needed.

    MAYBE, but first we recommend cleaning and/or camera work for existing drain system diagnosis

    MAYBE, but first we recommend determining potential causes - broken water main/irrigation system? 

  • Storm water is entering through cracks in my foundation walls.

    MAYBE, the foundation cracks should be fixed first by a Waterproofer. We CAN assist with diverting water away from your building after cracks have been repaired. 

SMALL projects involving SMALL repairs, grading, erosion control and site modifications can (in most cases) be conducted by a Landscape Contractor and NOT necessitate a Site Visit Insepection by DRAINSCAPES. However, DRAINSCAPES can assist with small projects as a simple Work Order Minimum pending availability (offered at $2,900/site + materials).
